Moto 3: Gran Premio D’Olanda

Prima fila ed ennesimo parco chiuso per Tony Arbolino che manca la pole per un soffio ma è in formissima e lo dimostra ad ogni giro. Quinta fila per Romano Fenati che non trova la scia giusta ma è a posto con la moto e la pista. Domani ne vedremo delle belle e del resto la Moto3 ci ha abituato a questo.

Tony Arbolino: “Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, sono contento per la prima fila ma non soddisfatto a pieno perché avevo un solo giro per poter centrare l’obiettivo ma ho commesso alcuni errori nell’ultimo settore che mi hanno tolto la pole. Per domani ci sono molti piloti che hanno un buon passo, bisognerà vedere che tipo di gara verrà fuori, l’importante è restare nel gruppo di testa e giocarsela agli ultimi giri”.

Romano Fenati: “Una qualifica un po’ da dimenticare dopo quanto di buono abbiamo fatto vedere nelle libere. Domani cercheremo di fare una rimonta ed è possibile perché la moto mi piace molto, il feeling è buono. Domani sarà una gara difficile, di gruppo, ma noi ce la metteremo tutta”.

First row and latest Parc fermé for Tony Arbolino who missed the pole position by a nose but he’s in great mood and he showed it every lap. Fifth row for Romano Fenati who didn’t find the right slipstream but is feeling comfortable with the bike and the track. Tomorrow it could be an interesting race and, in Moto3, we are used to it.

Tony Arbolino: “I expected something more, I am happy for the first row but I am not completely satisfied as I had only one lap to center the objective but I did some mistakes in the last corners which didn’t allow me to catch the pole. Concerning tomorrow, there are many riders having a good pace, we’ll see what kind of race it will be, the most important thing is to stay in the group ahead and fight for the podium in the last laps”.

Romano Fenati: “A qualifying to forget after what we showed in the free practices. Tomorrow we’ll try to recover positions and that’s possible as I like the bike and the feeling is really good. The race will be difficult, in group, but we’ll do our best “.
