Gran pilota, gran manico, 11 punti in saccoccia.

***** If there was a rider with the devil inside, this rider was Romano Fenati who has ridden above all. Above the rust of seven months far from the races, above a bike which was “almost” perfect. Above the other Italian riders, Romano was the first of them. Above himself to improve always. External overtakes, braking to the limit and the certainty to be able to build a stratospheric Championship. Great rider, great wrist, 11 points at home. The Championship is long and when it is necessary to reduce losses, it is correct to do that as he did! The vote this time comes from the team: a 10! The fate obliged Jules Danilo to start back on the grid. The French rider struggled with all his strenght by recovering 8 positions and closing close to the point zone.

Romano Fenati: “I am really happy of this result. I have been out of races for a long time and my concern was to have difficulties in arriving till the end of the race from a physical point of view. At the end the rear gave up and I did a small mistake at turn 10 of the last lap. Now we have to stay concentrated and work to do better. Next round Argentina, on a track I really like and there we will give the maximum”.

Jules Danilo: “The last ten days were a little bit complicated, I am not feeling completely comfortable with the bike. We have to improve the feeling with the front and find the right way to make it turn more. Obviously the race is not the right moment to test the set up. Now we have some time to understand how to fix the configuration for Argentina”.
