PABLO NIETO / Team Manager E’ stata una delle gare più difficili dell’anno, ma alla fine siamo riusciti a chiudere con l’ottava posizione una settimana complicata e questo è un dato positivo per noi. Se Romano nei primi giri fosse riuscito a mantenere il contatto con il gruppo di testa, sarebbe sicuramente rimasto davanti insieme agli altri per il resto della gara. Il contatto iniziale con Bagnaia e Mcphee gli è costato il distacco dai primi, che poi hanno continuato a girare a passo di record, era molto difficile riprenderli. Andrea stava lottando per rientrare tra i primi 11, poi la caduta in seguito al contatto con Hanika ha vanificato tutto. Può ritenersi comunque soddisfatto perché sta migliorando molto e questi progressi devono incoraggiarlo per le prossime tappe.
ROMANO FENATI / Pilota E’ stata una partenza complicata, il contatto con Bagnaia e Mcphee ha provocato 
quel distacco che poi non sono riuscito a recuperare, nonostante avessi un buon passo. Con una prima parte di gara diversa e senza imprevisti, avrei sicuramente potuto giocarmela nel gruppo di testa, giravo forte e l’impresa non sarebbe stata impossibile. Andiamo ad Assen convinti di poter ottenere risultati migliori.
ANDREA MIGNO / Pilota Senza il contatto con Hanika a pochi giri dalla fine, avrei potuto continuare a lottare 
per le prime 11 posizioni. Sono comunque contento del passo, anche dopo il buon lavoro di squadra che già stamattina al warm up aveva portato a delle modifiche efficaci. Già da stamattina, infatti, avevo un feeling diverso rispetto agli ultimi giorni e riuscivo ad affrontare meglio le ultime due curve. Andiamo ad Assen con una marcia in più, convinti di poter migliorare ancora.

The Sky Racing Team VR46 ranked among the top ten also at the GP Monster Energy de Catalunya: Romano Fenati finished in eighth after getting away from 13th. A collision in the early laps with Bagnaia and Mcphee made the Italian rider lose ground away from the 6 riders in the lead, but a good race pace allowed him to pull back four positions and secure an eighth place finish. Good performance by Andrea Migno as well who put in an enthralling comeback, pulling back 8 positions thanks to the good feeling with the bike after the changes to the set-up made during the morning’s warm-up. Unfortunately the collision with Hanika with six laps to go made him crash to the ground. This is the fourth race in a row that he had been fighting for the top 11 positions. If Romano had been able to stay close to the front pack early in the race, he would have been there in front for the rest of the race. The early collision with Bagnaia and Mcphee made him lose ground away from the lead pack that then continued to run with a record pace very difficult to catch up with. Andrea was fighting to stay within the top 11 positions but then the collision with Hanika and the subsequent crash to the ground made his effort fruitless. He can be pleased as he is improving a lot and this progress should boost his confidence for next races. ROMANO FENATI / Rider It was a complicated start, the collision with Bagnaia and Mcphee opened a gap that I failed to bridge, despite my good pace. If I had got off to a different start and without unexpected events, I could have been fighting in the front group, I was pushing hard and I would have been likely to make it. We’ll head to Assen confident of getting better results. ANDREA MIGNO / Rider If I hadn’t collided with Hanika with a few laps to go, I could have tried and fought for the top 11 positions. I am happy with my pace, though, also considering the good teamwork that this morning during the warm-up had led to effective changes. Since this morning I have already had a different feeling with the bike compared to the last few days and I was able to better ride the last two corners. We’ll go into Assen race with an extra boost, confident of being able to further improve.
